The Hefewiese was the best American made I have had many Hefe's from breweries from Coast to Coast try this and they have all failed to capture that Bavarian essence. Reminds me of a Ayinger Beer I love.
I'm a hop head and their IPA'S are killer. From nose to finish they are very satisfying.
Most tap rooms have there standard pablum offerings for the cross over crowd/market. This is not the case here after having many offerings of the 13-14 brew in house and on tap. All beers are above average to great.
The tasting room is as tasteful and cozy as any tap room I've visited in my travels across America.
The family of Brewers are very hospitable and appreciate their customers.
